Yolanda Padilla

Yolanda Padilla

General Operations Manager/CrossFit Head Coach

Yolanda is the General Operations Manager of Fitness Integrated Therapy (FIT). She has over 8 years of professional experience in the medical and fitness field. She is responsible for the day to day operations at FIT and is heavily involved in all aspects concerning patient care, memberships, CrossFit and working with the Seniors.

When you can’t find her at the front desk, Yolanda is either coaching a CrossFit Class, assisting the Seniors through their warm up, catching up with a gym member or giving high fives to FIT’s youngest athletes. Additionally, she is involved with coordinating special events, fundraisers and recreational outings for Hyper CrossFIT.

Yolanda has participated in 3 Tough Mudders, loves to swim (especially when she visits family in Hawaii!), bike and do Yoga. Currently she is pursuing her BS in Exercise Science and Yoga Certification.

Robert Miller

Rob Miller is an L2 CrossFit Trainer and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sport Performance Coach. He began CrossFit in 2012 to stave off a total hip replacement. After seeing the mental and physical benefits of CrossFit, Rob completed the Level 1 trainer certification course 6 months later. In 2014, he expanded his instructor credits by completing the CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Kids, and CrossFit Level 2 course. His goal is to become a Level 4 CrossFit Coach and become part of the CrossFit Seminar Training Staff.
Rob is a retired Air Force veteran who currently works as a training integrator for the US Army Reserves. He has spent the last 20 years training tactics, hand to hand combat, and doctrine to members of all military branches. Despite his service related injuries, he strives to maintain his own physical fitness and inculcate others with a passion for CrossFit.
When he’s not working out or coaching, Rob loves spending time with his wife and 3 children. He is also committed to his education and recently completed his Master’s in English. He is currently working towards his Doctorate in Humanities.

Kim was a gymnast through her youth until the age of 18. In college she switched over to track and field and competed in the pole vault. By graduation Kim had won 6 ECAC titles, 2 NCAA DIII National titles, and was a 6 time All American. After college Kim continued to compete in the pole vault and competed in the USAF&T Indoor National Championships. Post college Kim become a high school history teacher which is still her current profession. While in high school Kim began coaching young athletes in gymnastics and then continude to coach as an adult. Kim coached Temple University’s pole vaulters, having trained there school record holder. While coaching high school athletes Kim coached numerous NJ sectional and state qualifiers. After retiring from coaching Kim found her passion in Crossfit and was able to fill the void of coaching by obtaining her Level 1 certification.

Bill Castor

Bill’s entire childhood was centered around sports and participating in as many as possible. Whether it was soccer, basketball, baseball, football or track & field, he was constantly on the go from game to game or practice to practice. This continued into his high school years as he went on to play soccer, basketball, and football, eventually leading him into the realm of collegiate sports. During his college career of playing football, he fell in love with the strength and conditioning aspect.

This led Bill to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science, with a Minor in Sport Coaching, at McDaniel College, Westminster, MD. He then went on to earn his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Bill earned his CrossFit Level I certification in 2016.

Bill has participated in the Spartan Race and Merrell Down and Dirty Race. Loves to play sports, participate in mud runs and obstacle course races and prides himself in becoming the best version of himself both mentally and physically.

Joshua Uy

Josh grew up in New Jersey with three siblings who all played sports starting at young ages. Josh’s sports were football and track. With activity being part of his home lifestyle, he soon realized he wanted to learn how the human body physically worked. This led him to the study of kinesiology, specifically, movement science.

Josh graduated from Penn State University in May 2015. It was there that a friend introduced him to CrossFit while it was still unheard of. With a few other friends the group founded the Penn State CrossFit Club and it was not too much later that Josh became a certified CrossFit trainer himself.

Paul Vidal

Owner/Physical Therapist/CrossFit Coach

Paul is the owner and a licensed physical therapist with Specialized Physical Therapy, LLC. He is graduate of the University of Sciences in Philadelphia (USIP) and the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (USAHS) where he earned his doctorate in physical therapy. He is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists.

Paul is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and owner of Hyper CrossFit in Burlington, New Jersey. Paul helps Fitness Athletes to perform optimally through his program, The Fitness Athlete Fix.

Paul has been involved in athletics all of his life from High school and collegiate soccer, little league baseball, midget football, to his early years of pickup games in his neighborhood sandlot. Paul is a proud veteran of the United States Navy and is devoted to honoring our Veterans by performing Hero Wods with “MURPH” being his favorite. He has a love for Competitive Obstacle Course Racing, and he is proudest of achieving a Spartan TriFecta with an Elite Level Status in 2015.

In 2006, Paul successfully completed a mentally and physically intense nationwide selection process for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Composite Assault Force (CAF Team) which was overseen by Homeland Security. After serving 2 years as a CAF Team member, Paul strived to maintain the same level of training and fitness in a typical global gym. In 2012 he was introduced to CrossFit at a friends CrossFit facility and found his home. Because of his love for CrossFit, he attained his Level 1 Trainer certificate the following year. Paul has coached CrossFit for the past five years, and is experienced in programing for athletes of all levels and ages from beginner to Pro Athlete. Coaching CrossFit is a perfect fit for Paul because he loves seeing athletes grow mentally and physically before his eyes. His greatest gratification of coaching is helping athletes push past physical and/or mental barriers they face or set for themselves.

Erica Garcia

Erica has athletics sports ever since she was a child. Her favorites included softball and cheerleading. She wanted to stay active to prepare herself for the sports that she loved so she began doing workouts called Insanity and P90X from Beachbody. In 2014 she started CrossFit and has never looked back since. Erica fell in love with the way CrossFit challenged her everyday, and the sense of community that came along with it.

In January of 2017, Erica joined the Air National Guard. Throughout Basic Military training Erica utilized CrossFit workouts to help her performance and also encourage the Airman in her flight to do the same. She graduated from Basic Military Training as the top PT female of her entire graduating class, which was comprised of over 400 females.

Erica has since attained her Level 1 trainer certificate and has taught CrossFit for the past three years. Coaching CrossFit was a natural fit for her since she enjoys passing her knowledge for fitness to the rest of the community.
