What do you do to pay your bills? Molecular biologist
How did you learn about CrossFit and how did you end up in our awesome Box? I have a bunch of friends that are very into CrossFit. One day I got tired from the regular gym and decided to join Hyper. I’ve been hooked ever since.
What do you like most about being a FIT member (Hyper CrossFIT Athlete)? How people cheer for each other and I love working out with my husband. 🙂
What is your proudest moment/biggest accomplishment since you started? My first pull up (kipping and strict) and Handstand push-ups without a mat!
What are you still working on to achieve? Handstand Walk and Ring Muscle Ups.
Tell us one random fact about yourself that has nothing to do with CrossFit. I didn’t know how to ride a bike until I was 25.
What is your favorite WOD or benchmark? Probably Linda and Angie.
If you created a WOD, what would it consist of? AMRAP of anything with Handstand pull-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups and air squats….something like 5-10-15-20.
What advice would you offer to someone interested, but intimidated to try CrossFit? CrossFit is for everyone and you can adapt every single movement. Be yourself and don’t compare yourself to others.
