How did you learn about CrossFit and how did you end up in our awesome Box? Friends and co-workers
What do you like most about being a FIT member (Hyper CrossFIT Athlete)? Challenging myself each day and pushing harder to do a little bit better in every workout.
What is your proudest moment/biggest accomplishment since you started? Getting rope climbs and seeing how much stronger I’ve become since I first started.
What are you still working on to achieve? Handstand push-ups and kipping pull-ups.
Tell us one random fact about yourself that has nothing to do with CrossFit? I am ambidextrous!
What is your favorite WOD or benchmark? My favorite benchmark is Linda.
If you created a WOD and named it after yourself, what would it be? Not sure of the name, but it would definitely have cleans, S2OH and box jumps.
What advice would you offer to someone interested, but intimidated to try CrossFit? It took me a year to sign up for CrossFit because I was intimidated. No matter what the WOD is, there’s always scaled options that allow you to improve. The CrossFit community is always welcoming and encouraging! Here at Hyper, everyone is like family, and it’s one of the best parts of my day!
