TEAM TRAINING

FIT’s Team Training program is designed for coaches and athletes who are looking to improve team strength and performance in the upcoming sports season.

Youth athletes need coordination and balance even before they start working on agility and speed. We focus on that outcome by utilizing hurdles, cones, ladders and medicine balls. More seasoned athletes increase their strength through lower body, upper body and core functional movements, ultimately making them better athletes and increasing their overall performance. Regardless of age or sport, our Team Training program focuses on far more than just the fundamentals and mechanics of the specific sport, which makes us a perfect FIT to complement your practice season.

For a limited time, FIT is offering a FREE Team Training session, so area coaches and teams can come in and see what we’re all about. We will work with you and your team for 60 minutes in our state-of-the-art training facility. Or, if you prefer, we’ll be happy to come out to one of your practices and do the Team Training right there on your field. With FIT as your fitness training partner, you’ll notice a marked difference in your team’s mental acuity, focus, confidence, sportsmanship and athleticism.
